Description

looking for a roommate
room for rent in a three bedroom apartment. so our current roommate got married and moved out so we are looking for a replacement. pretty big shoes to fill, not gonna lie... she was great. first about the place: available 9/1 or earlier. it

x80;
x99;s sick! great location. right on the t and there is easy on-street parking. off-street parking available as well. 3 good sized bedrooms, living room, dining room, eat in kitchen, pantry, back porch. we have a second full sized bathroom in the basement as well as free laundry. the basement bathroom is actually really nice. you'd be surprised. also there is a ping pong table and a pool table in the basement. heat and hot water are not included but it
xe2;
x80;
x99;s an updated system and doesn
xe2;
x80;
x99;t cost us too much. the most expensive month we had this winter was about $220. split three ways its about $70 per person as well as about $30 for cable/phone/internet and another $15-$20 for the electric. if it
xe2;
x80;
x99;s a bad winter it could be a bit more but that
xe2;
x80;
x99;s still pretty good. the other eight months of the year its $50-$100 per month in total for the whole apartment. we do also have a working fireplace which we do tend to light up quite often. just to be clear "this is not a party house
quot; we do like to have friends over and have a good time but we tend to both work a lot so we don
xe2;
x80;
x99;t party at home too often. if you want to have friends over that
xe2;
x80;
x99;s perfectly fine but let
xe2;
x80;
x99;s respect each other
xe2;
x80;
x99;s hours. about us: two guys who are pretty laid back. all we really care about is that you clean up after yourself and keep the place clean. we do have a cleaning lady come once a week. she cleans the kitchen, bathroom and all the common areas. this costs us less than $7per person per week. screw that i
xe2;
x80;
x99;m not cleaning someone else
xe2;
x80;
x99;s shit and i don
xe2;
x80;
x99;t expect them to clean mine. this is easier. all we want is for you to clean up after yourself and the cleaning lady will make sure the rest is spotless. i
xe2;
x80;
x99;m in real-estate. i
xe2;
x80;
x99;ve been doing it for years. my partners and i started up a real estate company this year so i
xe2;
x80;
x99;m pretty busy most of the week. i work a lot but when i
xe2;
x80;
x99;m home i just take it easy. my roommate is a very nice guy. works a lot as well. he works at a car rental company (management track) but is thinking of going back to school to get his masters. same deal as me. keep the place clean. hang out if you want. if you don
xe2;
x80;
x99;t want to then don
xe2;
x80;
x99;t. be nice. clean up after yourself.... am i repeating myself? we would prefer a girl because they tend to be cleaner but we get why a girl wouldn
xe2;
x80;
x99;t live with us... because we
xe2;
x80;
x99;re two guys... so we're open to anyone. this room is perfect for a girl though! one huge closet (and i mean huge) and a second very large one as well. perfect for your shoes! think about it... shoot me an email and tell me a little about yourself. i
xe2;
x80;
x99;m not looking for a life story. what you do and what you like. you can come check out the place and if you like it we can grab a beer one night to see how the three of us hit it off. we would like to get to know who we are going to be living with and i
xe2;
x80;
x99;m assuming you would want the same. just makes sense.
