I have only seen a couple houses in Santa Clarita with views like this! The house is located on a hill just north of Seco Canyon and Garzota (off Garza) but you can clearly see all of Stevenson Ranch, Magic Mountain, Soledad Canyon, I think you can see the ocean on a clear day! (Just kidding, but almost). The school district is Saugus High. Check with the school to be sure about availability, but that is the district. The neighborhood is mature with beautiful treelined streets (real trees, not the 3-legged ones you find in newer neighborhoods), full-sized driveways, full-sized yards (no postage stamp lots here) and NO HOA! Yay! You want to park your boat in the driveway and why not? The house has been totally remodeled. The owners are fantastic people who brought their northeast, modern influence to the decor. It has a fun, modern feel yet remains cozy. It has a very large downstairs with lots and lots of living space, plus 3 nice-sized bedrooms upstairs. This home also features a fireplace and a 2-car attached garage. Another very important thing that really stands out is that there is an abundance of closet space! A surprising amount, in fact, considering what you normally see in homes this size. The backyard is mostly deck with sweeping vistas for 250 degrees. It is very private as there is a large slope below you that will never be developed. You have to see this one to believe it.
