Call 201-845-7300 for more information. Sublet.com Listing ID 2695349. I am looking for someone who lives far out of Boston but needs to be in Boston to work several days a week. We would share the apartment--you would have it for three to five days a week, and I would get the weekend plus. We can work that out depending on your needs, and I would adjust the price accordingly: I am very flexible, just dont want to give up my apartment entirely. I prefer a longer term tenant to a shorter term one. This is a large floor-through in a classic South End brickfront building: 13 ft ceilings, hardwood floors, recently renovated kitchen, washer and dryer, deck, internet and cable, air-conditioning, wooden deck with grille. Very high windows so lots of light. Fully furnished and furnished nicely. It is located in front of Boston Medical Center, easy to get to all the other Medical Centers, Back Bay, Harvard, MIT, Kendall Square by public transportation. Lots of closet space. The market price for renting it full-time is about $3500. I have lived here twenty years and had similar situations with other part-time tenants over the last ten years.
