This is building has the following:
The employees that are given free parking in the tenants garage not spaces that are designated for them but they huddle people to park in their spots while people living in the building pay almost 2000 dollars a year. Not fair . No building in forest hills gives free parking to employeees . Maybe all 32b employees should run to work in this building. While this is going on the shareholders are paying for their medical and cleaning of their uniforms. They are a bunch of users. One doorman stored his motorcycle their for seven months free while people in the building pay for bicycle parking. The board played this statiing that it was not in a rentable space. What bull shit
The board lets doorman who is a real estate salesperson write up contract while he is on the job and search the internet on our time and leave the door to gove out listings. Let me add he is a salesperson in NYC not queens and can't put listings on multiple listing. He also stands at the door without a jacket on while the shareholders pay for cleaning of his uniform. He is low class. He also smokes in front of the building something the building does not want but it's okay for this jerk to make his own rules.
Heating is very little or nothing in the winter . The building has put in sheders in the building making everyone pay for but refuses to give heating and put new boiler in
Board very lax. Management company failed to show up at court date said they did not get summons bullshit Then had shareholders meeting and said they would reopen case. Ps the building hod to pay out 5000 on this case.
Stay away this is the worse run down building in forest hills
The board should be and will be taken to court for the decisions they have made

The board in 2015 is discriminating against shareholders in reference to letting a person store a motorcycle in the garage and not pay claiming that it is not a spot yet the shareholders were told they could not store anything in the garage no less a motorcycle. The board is in it for their betterment not the shareholders. Their Management company is even worse metro management. Don't know what they are doing. Don't answer phone calls. Board doesn't answer letters from the shareholders. Stay away from this building if you don't want to loose your money.
