I lived here in 2015 it was hell on earth from this old Russian couple Boris Ilyayev and his wife Riva Badalova. They are like in their 60s but it was hell on earth, they are the devil and his wife. The wife is an evil jezebel and the husband is a pervert, they are both con artist. The husband only rent to females and when he tries to flirt with them and they put him in his place he give them hell by harassing them, nagging them, cursing them, lying on them they better find somewhere else to live. To the neighbors they look innocent and helpless and polite and nice but they don’t know what goes on behind those bushes in the yard, their fences, and gates. Everything looks good on the outside but what the tenants go through on the inside is hell. This is not a three family house but a two family house; they live on the second floor plus ¼ of the first floor ½ half of the basement. They rent out ¾ of the first floor to 4 females a two bedroom apartment converted into 4 bedrooms and they share a bathroom and kitchen. The basement is also rented out and the car garage. They want to rent you their place but they don’t want you to live there, they want you to be out 7 days a week from sunrise and come home at nights. They act like they don’t want you to use the utilities even though you are paying for them. They have cameras all over the house so they monitor and watch you 24/7 and eavesdrop on you. They come in your apartment without notice, and when you are away they search through your things, some tenants have to change the locks, and they got hell from them. The walls inside the house which divide up each section are made of sheet rack, are thin, so they can hear everything, every move you make. They watch when you leave and when you come home, when you put garbage out, which bag you put out, even when you cook they pass by the kitchen door to watch because it is see through glass. They act like someone is going to lift the house up out of the earth and run away with it. They have cameras everywhere so tenants have to scan for hidden cameras and hidden listening devices, and cover holes. When it comes to having conversation with them, paying bills, rent, any contact with them I would advice anyone to take pictures, record, video tape everything, I mean everything conversation, every transaction. Receipts are not enough they are dangerous liars, who are con artist and should “NOT” be trusted. Don’t take them for face value or anyone, they will pretend like they don’t understand and they are forgetful but it’s just a way to con you. They speak and understand the English language fluently and well don’t’ let them fool you. They have done a lot of dirt to many of their tenants and one day Carma will get them.
