Save yourself the money & headache this building is not worth it. Four leaks in the building major damage to some apartments. The building is dirty. Not worth it

Rent prices are good- but you get what you pay for. Management is unresponsive, there are leaks all the time. There is no 24hr super as they say, only his wife which is useless! If you enjoy spending your money on mouse traps this is the place for you, but you better buy in bulk because there are mice even in the hallways!
