Have live in this building 33 years.everything was ok. We have heat.hot water.light on hallways 24.7.then new owner came its not the same.building lacks of maintnance.repairs in need of windows.heat in winter. Start 600 am for one hour then stop till 6.pm 2 hours.no supper available for emergency.lots of vermin.runing around.city gov is a laft.they are on payroll.do nothing about complaints.
