This is the worst Landlord we have ever had at 2489. No heat during the winter. No hot water during the day. The amount of fines they get from 311 does not make a difference. They will take you to court for rent but can not repay you for your hike in you conedison pill due to you using four heaters in your home.

I live in apartment 32 since March 11 with 2 kids and we having problems with bedbugs since day 1.it was getting better after I spent over $500 in sprays and foggers to exterminate but the city recently came to do the same and it's like getting worst ..my children are getting bit more and so I'm i.The area it's nice clean no mice but the bedbugs are a big issue.I want to move.
