Terrible, many many winter days without hot water and good luck calling anyone to help, falls on deaf ears. My neighbors have resorted to hearing pots of water to bathe like a 3 Rd world country. Yes the apartments are nice and big with great views but through the big windows enters the winter. And yes on the coldest days don't expect a warm apartment, and again it is a joke to call for help. In the summer you can enjoy the elevators never working so be cautious living on the high floors! These views come at a huge physical cost. When we first moved in our apt was infested with roaches upon calling for help they lovingly advised us to buy raid and sorry about our luck. That is the service here. They spend money fixing the outside but for some reason can not fix the god damn boilers. Do not let the aesthetics fool you.
