Do not rent from this management agency. After applying for a $1500/mo apt, paying their $125 app fee, and providing all required docimentation, they gave the apt away to someone else. They are very non-professional. No response after 3 weeks of going back and forth. The reasons for the delay given were that I have other "nicknames" associated with my credit file. I have a 780 credit score with over 65% open/available credit, and no late payments ever. I believe this is a prime case of housing discrimination and should be reported to the city. Very disappointed.
