Many things are good here. Things that break, though I suspect they aren't maintained exactly as recommended, are fixed quickly. There has never been no heat or no hot water.
Be aware however that if you have neighbors above you who refuse to cover their floor, and they have little kids, you will suffer without end, and there is no real-world fix. They have significantly ruined my experience here, with all the hours of pounding and screaming. (4 kids under 6) I asked them to honor the contract that says you must cover 80% of the floor. They declined, apparently knowing full well that nobody is forcing them regardless the contract, nobody is fining them like in a condo, and the only thing i could try would be to take it to court which would not eliminate the actual noise, just get me money back on some rent, many months in the future. Sad that there are people like that, but there are.

So be warned, if your neighbors are insensitive people, you're screwed for the duration of their stay.
