Citadel Management representing slum lord owner Harry Greenbaum has now 176 violations building wide that are open dating back to their management of the building in 2010. Lying and talking persuasively is their game while evading all housing laws of livability.

As a tenant Harry Greenbaum, well known slumlord allows violations to be attached to building as liens so that he spends no money. Citadel as a management company has overtaken the building it is supposed to manage and has blocked fire exits, stolen basement space for its own use without recompense to tenants, will provide no cleaning service or repairs to aparments. ELMAN AND the staff will smile in your face, promise everything, but can deliver nothing because it is H, Greenbaum who pulls the puppet strings. Live here - if you want to risk your health.
