This building does not care about it's tenants. I've lived in NY had over ten different landlord relationships- this is the worst.

Laundry room which we PAY for has been broken with no updates since the summer. It is now January.

Beware- they fix up the apartments cosmetically, but the appliances/plumbing is a mess and for me started breaking the month I moved in.
