I lived here for 12 yrs me my wife and children 2005 -2017 Rent in 2005 was $1,325 now the rent is 1,700 as of June 2017 now a new lease is up in July 2017 and for a one yr lease wants us to pay 2,300.place has no maintience at all from outside to your apartment he will send out a contractor that does a poor and dirty job plumbing is old never had a paint job always done it on ourselves never offered a reambursment I believe he wants us to move out and maybe then he will renovate to get 2,300 for rent not for nothing I seen better and older property up to date and cheaper and has hot water and gas inc.in the rent wish you the best people's at 840 Calhoun ave.
