Where do I begin? This building is filled with roaches, rats and bed bugs in every apartment. The superintendent of the building (typical NYC slumlord) is a racist, drug addicted junkie who is a violent, spiteful, confrontational thug who threatens all the tenants. He will shut the elevator down while you are in it, if he doesn't like you. There are so many unreported violations going on in this building that the management (E.B. Management) and building owners tend to look away from even though they are aware of the complaints from almost all the building's tenants. Not to mention, this building is super overcrowded with kids playing inside the building, on the roof and in front of the entrance of the building and has strange men walking around inside late at night. This also must be the most illegally overcrowded building in New York. There are at least 10-18 people illegally living in each apartment unit, which the management is clearly aware of. They obviously must be paying off the building inspectors with bribes to get away with this. Furthermore, this building not only violates multiple NYC residential and health codes but also fire safety codes due to being overcapacity with so many tenants crammed in per apartment. DO NOT THINK TWICE ABOUT RENTING FROM THIS HELLHOLE. IT WILL BE THE WORST DECISION YOU MAKE! RUN!
