I have two words for those owners, money doesn't make you important, but integrity and honesty do. Not many business owners have conscience because it comes from a long path that calls "I was raisen by a good family". You may compile all assets that you possess, at the end of the day you will be no less than people with no moral. I had a friend you have lived there, this is the most annoying building ever. Lack of respect among neighbors, the super is very rude and i think the owner give him too much right.
