I don't encourage anyone to move into this building I've lived here for 19 years, and it has been hell. When you move to this building you inherit Fred Reilly-the janitor and his wife. These people will destroy you, they talk about everybody, they spread malicious rumors. He thinks that he has the right to spy on you all the time. He is paid to clean this building, but this building not well kept. I would not let a dog live here.
