Your listing remains live and visible to renters until you deactivate it. We may deactivate listings that haven’t been updated for 3 weeks, to make sure that renters see the most relevant results.
You can create listings by using our simple form, or by submitting an automated data feed from your company or listings management software. If your office uses RealtyMX, OLR, or another supported listings platform, it's easy to get connected!
Yes. All listings must include the real, accurate address and apartment number they’re advertising. If you don’t want to reveal this on your public listing, please choose the “hide address” checkbox on your listing. We don't display it publicly to renters, protecting your commissions.
Apartable accepts all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover). Your card will be charge automatically each billing period until you cancel. For example, if you buy a 3-month plan, we'll charge your card for the full amount of the plan at the beginning of every 3 months.
